Medicare benefit combating senior loneliness by connecting medical volunteers with medicare receivers through assistive phone calls.

The app kept track of the users health both physically through phone / wearable biometric data as well as emotionally via certified well-being questionnaires. The system would then deliver a personalized article and objective to improve their well-being score for that day. Their historic and biometric data could then be shared with the medical professional of their choice.

I joined MIPSY as the 4th member tasked with scaling their service to withstand their increased demand generated by Covid-19. The original service consisted of an assistive phone call service for medicare receivers. Trained professionals would make calls to subscribers and provide well-being counseling as well as a record of the user's well-being. The subscriber could then choose to share their progress with health professionals.
In order to reach more users, faster I supplemented the service with a phone application.

The respective medical practitioners not only received the user's medical progression but also automatically received a score of over 90% in their MIPS requirements for the Prompting Interoperability and Improvement Activities categories. Medical professionals offered patients guidance in installing and using the application during consultations.
